Servicing your Prim
We service all watches under the PRIM and PRIM Manufacture 1949 brands, manufactured in Nové Město nad Metují, regardless of the year of manufacture (only its condition is important). If your watch is in poor condition, we have a range of options in our renovation programme . These options will undoubtedly restore lustre to your watch again. You can bring the watch in person to any of our brand stores in Prague, Ostrava or Brno or directly to the company's headquarters in Nové Město nad Metují.
